- No Refunds on Pre Paid Packages or Pre Paid Lessons.
- Every Trainer has their own cancel policy. TORQVB is one week. Other Trainers are 48 Hours. The Trainers rent the gym and pre pay for your time slot and have reserved a special time for your athlete. Please do not ask for exceptions.
- If you are late, we are not able to extend time to you, due to the nature of our timeslots turning over every 45 minutes and limited gym time. Please arrive early or on time, as we have to end our sessions on time.
- If your athlete misses a session that was scheduled or “No Shows”, you will be billed as a late cancel, and a session will be deducted from your package or you will be billed for a full session.
- One year expiration date on the packages.
- The Trainers that rent Prime Athletes are all Independent Contractors with their own businesses and expertises. Prime is an agency for the trainers to rent gym time and have access to their individual rates and schedules. Please contact Prime at 310-995-0093 if you have questions.
