To book a Performance Training Session: Complete the Team info and Prime Athletes will call you for pricing details as they vary on team size, number of days, etc.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND TERMS OF USE STATEMENT:
We require a 24 Hour Cancel Notice directly to the Trainer’s Personal Email Address with a Copy to the Administrator at primeathletes@yahoo.com for all confirmed reservations.
We cannot give refunds or credits for late cancels (within 24 hours) or no shows for sickness, injury, or any other conflict as the trainer time and gym space is scheduled based on your reservation. For session packs, one session will be deducted for late cancels or no shows or you will be billed for pay per session. Sorry, there are no exceptions. No Refunds for Packages Purchased. Packages are Transferrable among all Prime Trainers. Trainers are subject to change without notice if Trainer has a schedule conflict, and we will always guarantee that you are 100% satisfied with our trainer change.
Trainer contact info is available at Trainers Bios under VB Training. It is helpful to have your trainer’s contact information stored in your cell phone for convenience in cancelling.
We require a Credit Card on file to hold all reservations. Please complete the Book A Lesson online registration form <click here> and bring a signed Liability Waiver (download here) to first workout .
